• Once your order is confirmed, the estimated delivery time for items shipped from Taiwan to Canada is 14–18 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

• All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Returned items must be unused, in brand new condition, and in their original, unopened packaging (including the product, all accessories, packaging material, and any included documentation or promotional items). Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
• Refunds will be issued for the product price only. Any shipping fees paid at checkout, or shipping costs originally waived, are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed based on the amount you actually paid for the returned product.
• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
  If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please take a photo immediately upon receipt and contact our customer service the same day at 626-899-7568. We will work promptly to resolve any issues, including arranging for a replacement or missing items if necessary.
